My mother just passed away unexpectedly November 1, 2020 and my stepfather November 8, 2020 it was heartbreaking and extremely difficult losing 2 people you loved in 1 week... literally!!! O’Donnell Funeral Home had helped us with my father’s burial and were excellent so we chose them again. I left a message and Anthony returned my call and walked me through everything. I live out of state, so I met with him a few days later and again he surpassed my expectations. He again explained everything to me, which I truly needed and spent a good 2 hours with me which is probably above and beyond but I was a mess. They were amazing from start to finish and made everything so much easier for us. They turned one of our worst experiences of losing my beloved mother and stepfather into such a loving and positive experience. Thank you so much for having such kind, loving and caring hearts!!! I recently used O'Donnell funeral services for my mother who passed. My family has also used them in the past for the passing of my grandmother. Both times they were wonderful. Very helpful with every step of the process and always there to answer any questions and or concerns we had. Even after the services they have been available to answer questions I had and directed me on where or whom I needed to contact. I would highly recommend them for their services very professional and they did a wonderful job with both services. The staff has also reached out on their own to check in with the family to see how we are doing , very thoughtful.

O’Donnell’s was very professional and caring with the service for our mom. Staff was always available to pick up the phone or come out to meet us curbside. Everything was transparent and alerted us if there was some sort of overpayment. Their team was always available from start to finish.

When we had an unexpected loss in the family, we contacted O’Donnell Funeral Service and Anthony went above and beyond helping us get situated with all the details. While in a pandemic, and this difficult time in our life, Anthony and the funeral home provided the best services at an affordable cost. Even after working with them, they are always contacting us and checking up to make sure that the family is doing okay. And they were able to provide exceptional services for her last wish.n-Bartolo

Brianna was very helpful and compassionate in my time of grief. She was with me every step of the arrangements. I think they went above and beyond in helping me. They were thoughtful and kind after the funeral asking me if I needed anything. I would recommend them very highly.
