I think that they are very high and mighty type of people. Once we spoke about my income it became an issue. And that I'm not a client.nOk that's all fine.. but I have the money to have my pet fixed. He's going nuts he's a baby still well 6 months. And I just need him fixed. Yes I am in poverty level but I have the money fix my cat and she won't help us. I think it's unfair.

We called to set up an appointment for our new cat and took the time to take someone who was uninvolved with both the cat and account off to separate them from the cat and the the front desk rep assured us she took them off of all the paperwork and they were not at all tied to put new cat. When we got there it turns out she gave the person we were removing the account and put the cat under their name and refused to give us an individual account and labeling our cat as someone else's. Very unprofessional and she kept arguing with us and back tracking what she said over the phone, would not reccomend if you have anyone that you had pets with before or if you want to change any information on an account you own.
