I had to bring my dog on two occasions because an emergency. I cannot say enough of how wonderful they are. They are so compassionate and communicate with you. They explain the different options that does not hurt your wallet.

We need to have a vet closer to us for our small dog. My husband & I were very impressed with the vet, the staff and the facility. They took time to answer questions -general & specific medical questions and... did not charge us for the service(nail clipping)!. When I missed the next appointment- called once I realized of course- they were very understanding and we rescheduled. Again, the new staff I met were very friendly and professional. If you have a pet , you know it means so much when medical staff are kind and listen to your questions & concerns.
