Hoof 'n' Paw is the best Veterinary service I have ever used. Amazing, friendly staff and a huge range of animals that they treat. Doctor Jack is a gentle professional who knows how to work with the animals and you can see a genuine love for them in his interactions.nnIn my opinion, this is standard by which all other Vets should be judged.

Vet needs to talk to put owner as office has poor communication. I am sure the are skilled and competent in vet med but I made it clear eR flap surgery was to be done to bypass cost of ineffective flap aspiration and they took in my cat, never call me waiting in parking lot as I was not allowed to come in, and did the procedure without discussing it with me. Helpers should never make assumptions and work on clearer communication with each other because I and my poor car paid significantly for their interoffice miscommunication.
