Sadly, have been involved here twice now. Kind, caring, compassionate and knowledgeable about both NY and Pa rules and regulations. Choices and options abound and you will be given choices, no pushing and no dictating. This is what all such places should strive for.
McPherson’s has taken care my family for years. Carol and Dave are two of most compassionate people I’ve met. They attend to every detail. They care if you on your time with them. Most recently took care of a close family friend. The compassio they showed her children was amazing & so touching.
Very happy with service, forethought, honesty, suggestions, planning, and guidance. Over many years and multiple need for this funeral home we have had exceptional care all the way around.
Terrible to work with, dishonest, and out to make a buck. No consideration for friends and family. Not just I, but other friends of mine who are too nice to speak up, have had a lousy experience with them.
