Shop local! Using websites for flowers has never worked out for me, do yourself a favor and shop locally so you know it will be cared for and arrive on time. They got my order done very last minute for me and delivered in the AM next day! Very happy overall with their service and kindness with a last min order

So I just placed an order and because the site was not updated on the company’s end for their product’s they called me to charge More! Are you serious! Very bad customer service all around. The guy was rude. I will never buy or recommend this place for flowers. How dare you!
I had placed an order three weeks prior to mother's day for some flowers to be delivered locally, when my dad called to let me know they never arrived I was perplexed. After calling Hillside we found out that it was overlooked cause I ordered through teleflora. The man I spoke to was very apologetic and kind. He promised that he would get the flowers out to my mother the next day. My mom just called and she is absolutely over the moon! She loves the arrangement! Very happy with the service and resolution. Accidents happen, but Hillside came through!
Ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday and they were beautiful I asked for sunflowers, roses and all bright colored flowers and they did a fantastic job.
