Horrible. Called to order birthday flowers for same day delivery in the morning. Told if any issues they would call me. No call, no flowers arrived. Called the next morning said they wrote down wrong date and they would be delivered that day and they would make up for mistake with chocolate and balloons added to the order. Checked all day with recipient, no delivery. Called 30 min before they closed and they said the arrangement was out for delivery but they couldn’t tell me a time it would arrive. No flowers were delivered. Now 2 full days after recipient’s birthday and no delivery of my order. I finally called Amex and disputed the charge which the shop charged me in full - over $100 for an order they never made or delivered. Would never trust with an occasion again.
Beautiful arrangements and made so quickly when I needed it for last minute.
