I called here asking if they could see my 5 month old cat for a sick visit the next day for a possible UTI. They told me they were “busy” and “short staffed” and couldn’t get me an appointment for the next day and I would have to wait until next week. The woman who answered the phone had no interest in wanting to help me either. The cat can’t wait until next week! She is SICK and peeing everywhere due to having a UTI! Isn’t the point of being a vet hospital is seeing “emergency” visits that you advertise for? Terrible customer service. Would never recommend or use ever again.
Friendly service and they take great care of our pets.
Took our cat their numerous times, to find out she had cancer. They remove the tumors and they've fixed her. We got her home and they've done a banged up job on removing the tumors. Our cat we're had for 12 years had a gapping hole where they've stitched her. She was in a lot of pain for weeks she finally had to be euthanized. It was the hardest thing we had to do.
