One of the hardest decisions I've ever made was to end the suffering of my female boxer Belle who had cancer and tumors spreading. Dr. Otis did a fantastic job of making a heart breaking moment bearable for my fur baby and for us as well. I am so grateful to Dr. Otis and Stillwaters Vet Care. She arrived within a couple hours of our initial contact, sent emails in advance of her arrival with exactly what we were to expect from her visit, and conducted herself in a professional, calm, gentle and extremely empathetic manner. We were able to say goodbye to our best friend in the peace and quiet of our own home with her blankets and friends close by. On such a difficult day, Dr. Otis was a shining light. I will tell everyone I know with pets to keep her in mind when the day comes to make that impossible decision. Thank you again!

Our family is forever grateful for the compassion we were shown tonight during the most difficult decision we’ve ever had to make. Our boy passed so peacefully at home in his bed where he was happiest. We truly couldn’t have asked for more, they made an unbearable decision just a bit more bearable.
Stillwaters was amazingly caring and helpful with our loving family dog when she passed. Easy to contact, quick and helpful and very considerate. I am very greatful for them.
