Since my first appointment at Carnegie Hill, from the front desk to the vet, they are all very attentive and very responsive. They treat our puppy with care as they understand that he is an important member of our family. I would recommend Carnegie Hill to anyone who is looking for a vet.
Brought my new kitten in for a checkup and then to be neutered. I can’t say much about 1x1 time as we’re in the time of Covid, but they were so great about calling me and walking me through every step of the way. I was amazed at how quickly he bounced back from surgery! Staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn’t go in with him but I trusted them handing him over. I’m sure he’s not looking forward to the next visit, but I am! ud83dude02 Very happy.
The people that work here truly care about animals and people. I had a great experience they were so nice and you can tell they don't work just for the money. My dog had dental surgery and everything went well, they were very clear, honest and made me feel comfortable leaving my dog. Definitely recommend.
Didn't think my new pup would ever have to go for something besides regular check ups... But it happened. This my 1st pet. Only thing i can say is that they're a bit pricy, but i heard from other dog owners that comes with owning a pet. I did order the meds online. It was much cheaper than getting it from them. Same brands too. They're good at explaining things n his symptoms are almost completely gone. They really helped.
I recently moved to the neighborhood and this veterinary practice was recommended to me by the woman I sublet my apartment from. I took my King Charles Cavalier for a new patient exam and was throughly impressed! Everyone I interacted with was professional, kind and thorough. While it was unusual to drop my dog off due to Covid protocols, the vet called me to do a thorough intake and was very helpful, informative and professional. I will continue to take my dog there as I was quite happy with everything!
