I will ALWAYS send people to East Ridge Vet. I have been taking my pets to them for years and I wouldn't go anywhere else.nTheir staff is wonderful with animals, even my fussy Bengal Cat. They are very quick to respond to emergencies and even stay open late because they know people work during the day. LOVE this place.

They are always so good about making sure their patients and people are kept safe during the pandemic.nThey came out to the car, got the carrier out of the backseat, and afterward they brought it right back and put the carrier with my pet in the car for me, took my payment info over the phone. Now last spring they were taking payment cards in and bringing them back with the little slip for you to sign, but now it's even less contact. I'm very pleased with that!nAnd of course everyone who works there is so loving towards the animals! They are very punctual as well. They really are the best!

My only complaint is how.BUSY. they always are!!! I can see why because it is very affordable and very knowledgeable, caring docs! My fur babes have been coming here for over 14 years. This place makes it possible to own multiple fur babes. The cost for everything is on lower end of the scale.

Feel like East Ridge, where I have been going for over a decade, has drastically gone to hell as of recently. Trying to get a vet apt for my year old very ill (chronic) puppy is a joke. Trying to get THROUGH ON THE PHONES is next to impossible... then once you get through you are immediately put on hold for another 10 minutes. Then told they are closed Fridays, Saturdays, and the only remaining vet works every other day? Tuesday, no vet there today. So done with this vet clinic whom I used to love.

I found a baby bird that was hurt and took it to them I hope they were able to save it
