I could not be happier with Midtown Veterinary. Dr. Zimber and his staff are incredibly kind and professional. As a first time puppy owner Dr. Zimber has been so helpful in explaining everything to me in a way that makes sense. Very very happy here
I got my puppy in February 2020, and the other animal hospital I had been going to for years (with my last dog) didn’t return my calls to schedule a visit! Crazy- Right?! Well, I’d just like to say I’m very glad I made the call to Midtown because when I finally did (in April), they scheduled me in two days later! The people who work there are great at what they do, my pup doesn’t seem to mind when we go there, and costs are very affordable compared to the other animal hospital I used to go to.
I have not been inside because of Covid, but the nurses over the phone and receptionist are very kind. Everyone I’ve worked with over the phone was kind. The doctor who checked my dog was a little intense, but my dog is healthy and I trust their judgment.
The vets are getting thorough and knowledgeable but I always have to wait even with an appointment
Pricing is decent. The vet and staff are wonderful.
