Received a smaller arrangement that was completely different than what was ordered. If any old flowers in an ugly vase would have been ok, then what was the point of picking out a particular arrangement. And to make it worse, some of the flowers were very droopy. When I contacted FTD, their response was that the florist is permitted to make substitutions. If you need something special for a special occasion, don't order from FTD, because what you order and what you get are very different.
Order#60573246564nnFTD let us down and ruined a memory. We placed an order for a friend recovering from surgery to be sent to her by easter to cheer her up. I tracked the package and it was not delivered on the day or following day. When I contacted FTD the operator said the florist said they didnt have anyone available to make deliveries on a Saturday or a Sunday.nnThey offered an upgrade which I didn't want because I was please with the arrangement I chose. The operator said she would give me my money back and that was it and sent me on my way.nnThe fact that the florist decided they would deliver the flowers when they felt like it didn't sit well with me. If you post a delivery date and you miss that date and the following date that is poor business. This was a huge inconvenience I will never shop here again.
I don’t even want to give them one star. If have to it’s for answering the phone, even when they answered they didn’t have answers. I paid to have flowers delivered for my grandfathers funeral and they never arrived. I waited until the funeral closed and they still never came. I received an email saying they were delivered. Delivered where?
I ordered my mother flowers for her 77th birthday and not only didn’t they get delivered, but I was never notified. Can’t talk to a live body, so I emailed the problem to them, asking for it to be delivered the next day instead of canceling the order....still no response or delivery...NEVER AGAIN! Can’t go wrong with finding a local florist and giving them the direct business.nnUpdate. My mother just received the planter, and loves it. Just a day late. Still upset about the lack of communication...I would have been more forgiving if someone just contacted me
SCAM! I received an email with DELIVERED status !nNo one delivered anything, after I called they say wait until tomorrow?! Are you out of your mind ? I had an anniversary with my wife , and waited entire day to make my live happy, and instead of that I had to apologized to my wife because of this SCAM! And after that I had to Fight for MY MONEY!nPS: I will report about you to BBB and American Airlines corporate office, because you Shaming them !
