I ordered flowers for my mother, and they arrived on time. When I called the shop, they offered to send the flowers to a more convenient location for me, along with chocolates. I was hoping to get it before leaving the office, so I was relieved when the delivery man called to say he'd be on his way in an hour. That is the epitome of excellent customer service!

Our daughter got engaged while away for Valentine’s Weekend and she and her fiancé came home Sunday morning to find this perfectly beautiful bouquet waiting for them. I ordered it on line at 8am that day, and by 11am it was waiting for them!
