Personal Design Florist provided flowers for our wedding. Within 24 hours 24 of the 30 flowers were dead. This was hours before the ceremony. We rushed to the store to seek a solution. The owner used this time to place blame and did not help provide a feasible alternative that proved effective. Thanks to a quick-thinking sister-in-law and generous neighbors, our wedding had beautiful flowers. Our second wedding will be in 2021. You can bet we will select a florist with integrity, quality, and a personal touch.
