We are very disappointed in the lack of customer service with Fabulous Flowers. They were highly recommended to us for our wedding. I have only heard good things about them. We called to make an appointment with them and we took off work and they called and canceled the appointment the night before and told us they would call us back to reschedule. A week went by and we didn’t receive a call back. We ended up calling them back and they said to try calling them back the next day. We called the following day and they said they would call us back. We never received a call back. Even if they were booked for the weekend of our wedding, they could of had the decency to let us know instead of ignoring us. This is extremely unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for a florist.

Hands down my favorite florist ever! Colleen & her amazing team made my flower dreams come true for my wedding last February! Every flower was perfectly picked and they delivered them to my venture in amazing condition and set up everything beautifully! && this year for my anniversary was able to recreate my bouquet (thanks to my husband) even more spectacular then I remember it! Highly recommended!

I drive by this flower shop maybe twice a week, and have for the past year. I finally had to the time to go in! I'm a nurse and have been looking for some plants to help take my mind of work... yet, I tend not to have a very green thumb. Life saving thumb? Sure. Green thumb? Not so much. However, all the employees were EXCELLENT in helping me pick out plants that matched my skill level (or lack thereof) and helped me pick out pots for them that matched the color scheme in my home office.nnI had one plant that they needed to purchase, and they were able to accommodate me communicating via text since I work overnight/sleep during the day. Overall, they went above and beyond in customer service, plant knowledge, and communication. And the store was Covid Safety Conscious as well!!!! Single use pens, hand sanitizer, clear barriers, limited number in store, and mask wearing. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Fabulous flower blew me away on my wedding day. I met with Ann who was so sweet. I was slightly nervous because she was very “old school” and took notes down on paper and wanted actual photos for reference. Which I was expecting laptop/ Pinterest. But they seriously nailed my vision. I honestly almost cried when I saw my wedding arbor it was so beautiful. Everyone thought I spent a crazy amount of money on my flowers, but they were extremely reasonable and I felt my wedding looked like I paid triple!! Thank you so much Fabulous Flowers!!
