My pets are not even patients at this clinic, but when my dog, Wilson, had an emergency issue Jim was so compassionate and helped me through it. This was a very last minute thing, so they couldn't see me personally but he looked up all of the information for the surrounding vets and provided me with the emergency service that their practice uses. Once this is all sorted out I am going to be changing my pets to them, assuming they have availability!!!!
