Disappointing experience. I ordered an arrangement for a loved one’s milestone birthday, in colors I knew they liked. Also said that my backup choice would be a nice summer mix, but was assured that my first choice was doable. I just asked that it be simple and tasteful. I chose a price point slightly higher than they recommended. I was super disappointed when I saw the photo posted online. Daisys, carnations, alstroemeria, a hydrangea and a Fuji mum, some statice. I do not doubt that the order was filled to value, but it didn’t have the premium/focal flowers an arrangement at $65 should have. It looked like a “cooler cleaner” arrangement- last week’s leftovers. I was embarrassed as I am a florist, and thought it looked underwhelming.
Actually nice to speak with a person who can assist with a last minute order. My family received my order in less than an hour reporting the arrangement is Beautiful!
