I wish I got the lady who helped me today’s name. Best customer service I dealt with in a very long time. She made me a lifetime customer if I ever need a gift again. She was so nice and very caring. I got a gift for my grandma who just beat cancer she helped me pick it and gave great ideas!!!!! I wish this business all the success and with an employee like this there’s no need for wishes! Once again thank you for everything!!!!

Just wanted to say how amazing Angela is from the Tewksbury location. She was so attentive with helping me select a perfect arrangement for my sisters bday that did not disappoint. The arrangement came out so pretty and my sister loved it. The best service from start to finish I highly recommend going to this location and asking for her.

Leaving 3 stars because I have ordered from them many times and have been happy with the service however today I had a fruit platter delivered to my sister for her birthday. I specifically chose this particular platter because it had several “happy birthday” plastic decorative pieces placed on the strawberries and I paid an extra $5 for a birthday balloon to be delivered with my order. Once it was delivered, my sister called to thank me and sent me a picture. It turns out she did not receive the balloon and there were no happy birthday messages on the strawberries (also missing the white frosting drizzle shown in the picture). The arrangement was still nice but not what I specifically ordered. When I called the store to question what happened, I was told they ran out of the plastic happy birthday pieces and the balloons several days ago. I was then refunded for just the $5 balloon. I completely understand if you run out of supplies by why advertise something on your website and charge me for it when you knowing don’t have it and didn’t plan to tell me. I felt as if I should have received a message letting me know my order wouldn’t be complete. And I’m sure the (5) happy birthday plastic pieces that were missing from the strawberries were baked into the $60 arrangement price I paid, but I was not offered a refund for those. I can’t help but feel slighted.

I’ve used edible arrangements for the last 10 years of my life since I have family in the military and family and friends across the country. I’ve never had an experience like this one in 10 years! Please do not call this place, there is no professionalism, THEY RATHER ARGUE WITH YOU THAN EXPLAIN to you their process. I have a 2 year old at home and I’m pregnant. I went Online yesterday and made an order for delivery asked If they could switch my delivery to a pick up yesterday unfortunately I’m by myself at home today and I did not want to take my two-year-old out in the rain so I called to ask if I can get it delivered since I paid the $9.99 delivery charge a young lady picked up the phone extremely rude would not let me even speak and explain to her the reason why I wanted the ordered delivered. She said you called yesterday and said you were going to pick it up- she hung up the phone rudely; I called back and another woman named Angela picked up - I explained I wanted to be refunded And she rudely said yes, we will and hung up! Community this shows you the kind of customer service they give they rather argue then give great customer service. Speaks a lot on the Manager, awful awful management not sure who it is but this location needs to be revised! So sad I’m pregnant and they didn’t even care!

Quick service but very rude as soon as we exited the store the girl followed us out while we waited in our car for the order to be ready. She wrote this on the doors and she shut off the lights. We had a mask on the entire time but we were treated horribly.
