There are so many things I can say about Rockaway Animal Hospital but the one word that always comes to mind is GRATEFUL! They are by far the best vet I have ever been to. They treat your pets like family and are always thinking of the animal’s best interest. While you may be reading that and say “isn’t that what a vet’s job is?” Let me tell you they go above and beyond. They care more than any other vet I have been to. The staff is all amazing and the doctors always provide quality care. 24/7 services have been lifesaving and I am so thankful for this team. If you want a vet that you can trust, look no further. If you want a vet who cares more about your pet than the money going in their pocket, this is your vet. The entire staff is truly amazing.

Very happy, grateful, and relieved to have found my new vet. They were kind enough to quickly squeeze in an appointment for my 19-year old cat who had taken a sudden turn for the worse. Dr. Maniar thoroughly checked her out, gave her the appropriate treatment, and now she is thriving again. I'm very impressed with the Covid safety measures they are taking for in-person visits as well as how efficient they are with their contact free option. I opted for the latter. They took a detailed history over the phone, I handed her off, and both the Dr. and staff were extremely communicative via phone throughout her visit. I can tell this is a place that truly cares about the animals. I'll be bringing my other cats here in the future too. Highly recommended - thank you!

Words can't express how amazing this vet place is. The receptionists, the vet techs, Dr. Maniar and Dr. Gannon, all of the staff are amazing!!nnI highly recommend this place to anyone who's looking to make a switch or if it's your first time going to a vet place. I have never been dissatisfied with their service.nnYes, at times they are extremely busy but they're always responsive. Just leave a voicemail or an email and they'll reply right away.
