I have been looking for a great vet to trust for more than 10 years. Finally found one! Super honest and fair and truly care about what's best for each per that comes in. And the front desk staff are so attentive and make you feel so important. Great job guys! I travel far to see you and it's worth it!

Absolutely the most caring, kind, honest vet in north New Jersey. I travel from my Bergen county town with many overly priced vets to this wonderful animal hospital and a vet who is in the business for all the right reasons. I will go nowhere else despite how far I may need to travel. I highly recommend Dr. Krupnick and his team!

I can’t speak for the vet, however I can speak for the receptionist who answers the phone. They open at 8:00 am, I called at 8:15 trying to get my cat in. This place came highly recommended, so I was going to be a new patient. I was told they did not have any open appointments today. I explained my cat had not eaten for a couple of days, and she couldn’t be bothered to give me the time of day. My cat would have to come in the next day. It was as if I was inconveniencing her to try to fit me in. If she had taken the time to even pretend like she cared I would have been able to further explain she was pooping blood. Thankfully, the second I told Sova animal hospital they realized it was serious and squeezed me in. She has a tumor in her stomach that is restricting her colon. That’s pretty serious and I believe warrants being fit in. So for that I don’t recommend this place.

Everyone there is so caring. Been bringing our many animals here for years. Highly recommend!

First time there and we had very good experience. Everyone was efficient kind and using protocol. Been looking for a new veterinary and going back with second pet.My pet like all the workers and they like her, and that's very important in new doctor so thank you to the whole team for all the good team work I experienced today and making my pet feel better. I was very happy to see my pet better and happy.
