Montville Animal Hospital

I have been going to Montville Animal Hospital with my puppy Apollo since November 2020 and we just love Dr. Schubert. He always takes his time explaining things and is always willing to answer questions . I do have to say the ladies that work there Sue and Kerry are amazing . I can call with any question and they are always super sweet and quick to ask me how Apollo is..He defiantly loves them ! We made the right choice with Montville Animal!

The people here are the absolute best! They are friendly and caring. When we pull into their parking lot my dog goes crazy with excitement. He can't went to get in there and see everyone!

My mother brought my dog to this place a few days ago just for a teeth check-up, but instead they did so many unwanted tests, and charged us a huge amount of money, even though we needed ONE thing! Now its been a few days after, and my dog does not even want to get up, and even if we try to pick him up he yelps. I do not know exactly what they did or how they treated my dog, but we've even asked a few people around us and they have said the same thing. Their dogs were hurt and traumatized as well. It is not only my dog, but I am convinced any type of animal that goes there, comes out traumatized. The only good thing about this place is the vet, as she's good, but her staff and nurses are not pleasant people for the animals.nnDO NOT come here if you don't want your dog to be traumatized or in pain afterwards. You're just making a HUGE MISTAKE by coming here in the first place. Their services are all overprice and the people from here are ignorant.nnWish I could give them 0 stars overall, but Google does not allow that, since they deserve no stars whatsoever.

I checked into many places before this one. This is the only Vet's office that passed my personal criteria and over a dozen other offices in the area failed. Personable with great bedside manner and knowledge, really took the time out to answer my questions and make my nervous dog feel comfortable. Highly recommend!
