Dr. P., Adrianna and Eli were so absolutely amazing. I walked in very nervous with my cat babies but they made me feel at ease, were attentive and so kind. They really do care about your animals. I have been involved with rescue work, having my own pets, etc. and I have been to so many vets. I traveled from Staten Island to get there. I will also have my mother bring her cat from Brooklyn because this office is very fair, and they are super compassionate. I wish I had found them sooner. I almost don’t want to write a review so it’s not packed when I do go lol. The best vet ever!!!! Thank you incredible Dr. P and amazing staff!!

This place is absolutely wonderful! Trust and peace of mind at affordable prices. Dr. Polonskiy is very knowledgeable and caring. The staff is very friendly and comforting. We took our kitten there to get fixed. They showed us where the procedure would be done, where she would be sleeping and answered all of our questions. Once the procedure was done, the doctor gave me a call to let me know that the procedure was done, she woke up and is feeling completely fine. The staff and environment made me feel comfortable leaving my baby with them, even though I was terrified the whole way there. I'm very thankful to the amazing team for taking great care of my baby.

Overall great experience. Kind staff and clean state of the art facility.nnDropped a star since I brought my dog in for vaccines and realized how expensive to do all in one go would be totaling over $300. I had asked for a written quote and was instead in the room had the prices written out with one vaccine wrongly quoted $10 less than the cost. The prices I completely understand but not being explained that by splitting the vaccines into 2 visits would get me charged an additional $45 as it would be considered a separate visit (you get charged $23 for the first time ever and $45 for any visit after), it defeated the purpose. I would have charged all these vaccines on a credit card during the first and only visit as I was looking to finance this in a more reasonable way. I explained to the receptionist and doctor this and that it was obvious I was trying to be able to finance this responsibly and I was never warned the next visit would have a hefty charge. The doctor even went to tell me there’s nothing that he can do and he has bills to worry about even so far to mention bankruptcy from things like this. Mentioning bankruptcy to someone who literally tells you they’re having a hard time with $45 outside their budget is beyond me. After pushing it, he said best he could do is a 10% discount for next time but I’ll have to remind them. Which I don’t have in writing.nnOverall, good place. I still would support this local business.

Dr. Polonskiy an excellent doctor very knowledgeable and pleasant. His staff was very friendly and professional. Highly recommend his clinic. His prices very affordable and he will go above and beyond to provide the best care for his patients and not break the bank.

Dr. was very nice and nurses too.but the wait was very long, once in the room.over all I give it 4 stars. Not as expensive as other places and its conveniently located in town so I liked that alot.
