Love Dr. Jan. Been taking our cats since 1994. She truly loves cats..sometimes harsh on owners. She weeps along with you when you loose a fur baby. Always does her best and tries different ways of resolving issues. Fair prices. Takes her time with each client, so you will wait. We trust her completely

Dr. Jan is amazing. I'm so thankful to find a place that specializes in cats with a doctor and staff who genuinely care about my animals when I take them in. I drive a bit further to get there, but I wouldn't consider changing vets.

I have called this veterinary center multiple times over the last 8 months to schedule appointments for my two cats. I live a few blocks away but every time I call I am received by a rude and unprofessional receptionist. They didn’t care for my cat’s problem and repeatedly told me to “go somewhere else” and that they were “all booked up”. I have tried to schedule appointments weeks as well as months in advance at times. I’m not sure why a “veterinarian office” that specializes in cats would be so dismissive of my cat’s injuries. Very poor quality of service and reception. I DO NOT recommend anyone new calling this place and dealing with the arrogance of this office.

The new outdoor area is perfect! Great food, great entertainment.
