They ask many questions of there health history, don't do unnecessary expensive tests, offer different options. Every staff member and Veterinarian explains everything step by step. I do not recommend this place. Especially dr samantha sack becaunse I dont think that she knows a lot about dogs traveling . Just because of her fault I cancelled my trip with my emotional support dog. And I already spoke with the offices in Albany about this doctor. I definitely don't recommend this place.

These people are incredibly nasty. They overcharged 160 dollars for things we didnt ask for, And neglected to give the medication they were explained multiple times that the dog needs. Cant get an answer from the shameful doctor who pulled this stunt and the nasty staff just hangs up on you. Cant own up to the fact they made a mistake and caused a dog to needlessly suffer. Beware and stay away at all costs, they dont care about your animal’s wellbeing only $$$

They have been my vet for many years and love Dr Friedman and staff...very.caring and compassionate...
