The experience here gets better each time we come. Everyone from the FD staff, the techs, to all of the amazing Doctors, you can't go wrong!! Special shout- out to Dr Raiffe. He is so down-to-earth and talks to you like an old friend. It is very refreshing!! We highly recommend that you request him if possible.

We had an emergency with our dog last night and they not only took me immediately, but they were caring and thorough during the exam. I was extremely appreciate of the kindness and professionalism of the entire staff. Thank you!

The staff takes 5 minutes to acknowledge when when you stand to check in, and even after they call you to pick your animal up you'll still be waiting. If you try calling, you will never get an answer from an actual person and instead just a recorded line. Not a good look for a place that has peoples pets for hours. What if there's an emergency? Staff could not possibly be more disrespectful of patient's time.

My pet was a patient since she was 8 weeks old, Banfield was very professional and the staff is very caring, 2 weeks ago 16 1/2 years later I unfortunately had to put my pet down, a very hard decision but I had to do it, when I called Banfield up to discuss my situation they made me feel very comforting, when the time came me and my 3 children went together, every staff member was very comforting and very understanding, they said we can stay in the room for as long as we want, when the time came for our pet Hershey to cross the bridge the vet came in and explained every step, when she crossed, the vet said to us, she crossed, it was very emotional but I seen that they really care, now it was time to pick up Hersheys remains, even harder then when we took her there to be put to sleep, the person behind the desk was so compassionate and comforting that I was very happy with the way they took care of us, THANK YOU Banfield for being there for us , Love and miss You Hershey

Always an amazing experience with the vets but it’s still impossible to get an appointment.nMy dog has an ear infection and the closest appointment I could get is a drop off 1 month away.nNot blaming the staff. It’s more of an issue for the system.nnCalled another location and they were able to accommodate me.
