I have been going here for a while, and my grandma went here before me. We’ve always had a great experience every time. I trust them 100%. Very satisfied
Let me begin my review by simply saying a picture is worth more than a thousand words and accolades! The photo I posted with my review speaks much louder about Colonial Veterinary Clinic and our very favorite, Dr. King than any words of praise I could write! Dr. King has taken care the two dogs we have owned for the past 9 years. We love and adore her for so many reasons: She is incredibly dedicated, resourceful, ultra compassionate, caring, extremely smart, responsive, gentle, and treats each of her patients like they were her own. When she joined Colonial Veterinary Clinic we made the decision to travel close to an hour in order to have her continue her excellent care of our 9 year old dog, Teddy. In addition to continuing to see Dr. King, we feel like we found a new, warm family of professionals at the Clinic. Each team member with whom I had contact (and we have had fairly freqent contact in the past few years) has gone out of her way to be friendly, patient, kind, caring and just loving even when things are hectic at the clinic. The office is very efficient, immaculate, well run and always pleasant to visit. We always feel so welcomed and appreciated by the clinic's team members. Anything that Teddy needs, from procedures, blood draws, even nail clipping is done gently, with the utmost care and consideration, he just patiently sits on the table and enjoys the cuddles he gets from the team. During these most difficult pandemic times, I do believe everyone at the Clinic deserves an extra special shout out of praise and so much appreciation as they have really made pet-owner distanced visits work so well. Our pets continue to have the same, high-level excellent care! I highly recommend this practice and have recommended it to many friends who have shared the same good experiences!
As a family, we truly value and appreciate the clinical services and care that has been provided at Colonial Veterinary Clinic. Many positive impressions stand out every time our dog, Shadow, receives care from Dr. King and her amazing team.nShadow is an elderly dog, 15.5 years old, with multiple health challenges and we travel 45 minutes quite regularly so he can continue to be treated by Dr. King (followed from a previous practice). His many challenges are met with a smile, love, compassion, and dignity by the entire team. In the Spring of 2019, his health was failing and we were sure he would be leaving us soon. However, Dr. King did not give up and through much love and excellent care has enabled him to have a full and enjoyable life. She has not only expertly treated Shadow but supported the family during some difficult times during his care. He continues to run, play and enjoy a very good quality of life at his ripe old age.nWe have felt welcomed from the moment we first walked through the doors of Colonial Veterinary Clinic and, because of the frequency of our visits, at home with family. The clinic is run with efficiency and kindness by all the staff. From reception to veterinary technicians to doctors, you will not find a better group of professional, knowledgeable, and caring individuals to treat your pets.
Dr. King is truly the best! Always super attentive, pleasant, and it’s so obvious she truly cares for the animals. I have been a customer for 5 years and I have never had a bad experience! The staff is always welcoming and very helpful. I wouldn’t trust any other clinic with my animals!
Great care and service for your furry family member!
