I brought my dog here August 2019. We found out she had heart worm. We immediately started treatment as her rescue was willing to pay for treatment. Treatment for HW is very aggressive and expensive. Now, well over a year later we still test positive for heart worm. My vet read the records and turns out my 50 pound husky mix was recorded as 28 pounds and was given almost HALF the dosage in injections she was supposed to receive. Even though at check out they gave me oral prescriptions for a dog at the weight of 50 lbs. So now we have to go through treatment AGAIN, painful and costly and we have to live with the damage that an additional 15 MONTHS with heart worm caused PERMANENTLY. Meanwhile I’m sure this AH will never be held accountable for this HUGE error or the everlasting damage they’ve caused my pets heart and lungs. The vet was notified over 2 weeks ago and still not even a phone call to talk about what happened.

The doctors and staff could not be more caring. They’ve been wonderful through the routine exams to serious illness. They always take the time to explain their rationale for recommendations for tests, medications, and other treatments.

Have been going here for years and have always loved not only the staff but the doctors as well! My family has used Dr. Paris for 4 dogs now over my lifetime and now my own boy gets to go there. They make it easy and explain everything in detail with what they're doing. Love this place and would never even think about taking my pet anywhere else!
