Great program for dogs from the start. Great keeping up on their shots and checkups! I feel like they stepped up their game since Dr. Morris was fired and the team that was brought in has redeemed themselves. I highly recommend getting your pet on a plan. You will love the staff and doctors. They are great with you as well as your animals. They may not have an overnight facility for serious cases but they do everything they can to find you someone to go to that's trustworthy. Very very satisfied!

Terrible experience. Had to pay > $80 for a free visit. The manager would not honor the promotion stating that coupon had to be printed. This is a lie. It says on the coupon that e-copy will suffice. The manager would not allow me to use a printer that was placed in front of me.nCalled the corporate office - yet to hear back.nnMy dogs heart murmur was completely missed by the vet. Needless to say, I wound not getting be going back.
