This is one business that I could be no more pleased to leave a review about. I had only been to this vet once a couple of years ago. My yorkie Dillon, a very important and loved member of my family, passed away. I hadn’t been very fond of the vet that I used to take him to, and found this place via a Google search and the reviews helped me decide to take his remains there. I was hopeful that I was making the right decision. I was SO distraught, greatly depressed, and empty at the same time. The staff here was SO KIND, pleasant, and understanding. They took Dillon and offered to take a paw print of him and give me a lock of his hair. I was very happy to take a part of him to keep with me. It’s been some time, but finally I am ready for another dog. THIS veterinarian is where I will bring my new dog. Since my experience here I have also recommended this practice to many family members and friends. I am pleased to have such a great memory of this vet. I feel confident that they will take good care of my new family member once I get a new pet. ☺ufe0f

The staff here are so caring and attentive. We love Dr. Pribula! In 2014, my dog was 13 years old and had medical issues that come with age. Another vet had tried to tell us these issues could be fixed based on X-rays they had taken. We brought her to the Vet Center of Morris County for a second opinion and they showed us the X-rays the other vet had taken were completely white and blurred out; you could not see anything. The other vet was basically trying to just get money out of us when really our pup was old and it was just her time. The Vet Center could not have been more helpful and honest with us about all of our options. We were so grateful we went to them so her last few weeks were spent at home where she was happy instead of having useless procedures. I now take my new puppy here and couldn’t be happier with her care!! Thank you to the staff!

We have been taking Chase to Veterinary Center of Morris County since we adopted him almost 5 years ago. We could not be happier with the superior care that he receives. The entire staff from the front desk, to the technicians, to the veterinarians are concerned, caring and knowledgeable. Even during a pandemic they have been accommodating and wonderful!

If I could, I would give this practice no stars at all. Not for the animal treatment but the general attitude towards a customer. My well-care (annual checkup) appointment was for 2pm. This appointment was booked well in advance (3-4 weeks prior to the appointment) as I needed a Saturday appointment. I had waited for 15 minutes past my appointment time with my dog in the parking lot and I was not called to come for our visit. I made two calls to the practice asking what happened. When an employee finally came out, I was informed that another dog was taken because of an emergency and I would have to wait. I was also quite rudely informed that “emergencies take priority”. No explanation as to how long I would have to wait in the parking lot. I asked to cancel my dog’s appointment. I will not be returning. Just to clarify, I don’t object that something unexpected may happen to interfere with scheduled appointments. However, I called the facility 30 min prior to the appointment to ask what the COVID protocol was. There was no mention that our appointment would be delayed because of an emergency. I announced myself upon my arrival by calling the office number. Again, no mention of any emergency to be attended prior to my dog being seen or an offer to reschedule. It took two more calls for someone to finally come out to tell me I would have to wait, however long it takes. Good bye, Veterinary Center of Morris County!

All of the doctors have been super sweet and kind with my fur babies. Support staff are amazing as well. Pandemic concious, doctor calls after each exam and explains what the exam was like and if there were any concerns. Follow up calls the next day to see how they are doing are great, really appreciate those.
