This is my first time ever writing a review but I am truly disappointed. I came here for a neuter consultation for my Pug, which I was told multiple times was going to cost $20. Next thing you know, the vet ran tests I never even asked for nor approved. I previously came here to get my dog fully vaccinated and a full analysis. So he didn’t need any additional “testing” or medication. When I confronted him about it, he asked me if I go to McDonalds and order fries and ask for the price. He was so rude that I was just in shock. The reference made no sense at all. It really seemed like he was trying to just run my pockets and prescribe things I didn’t need for my healthy dog. I decided to schedule my dogs surgery elsewhere, with a vet with my dogs best interest in mind.

I’ve been going to this clinic for the past 5 years. Dr. Byron is an amazing vet although I can not say the same about the owner. I have witnessed on multiple occasions where he mistreated customers and he doesn’t really care about the animals.. Every time I’ve been there there has been an incident where the customers are not happy and for going to the vet only a few times a year this says a lot. If you love your animal I would not recommend that you take your animal here solely because of the price. Please do research on reviews and take your animal else where. It seems that by the previous reviews animals have even died in his care.

My pet had to travel next day, urgently needed an accredited vet. Called them they gave me an appointment. I get there and he says he cannot see me due to other emergencies, come tomorrow. Should of made reception call me and notify me instead of having me drive all the way there. Dog didnt make the flight. If i can rate with negatives i would. VERY UNRELIABLE/UNPROFESSIONAL!

First, lets make it clear .....veterinarians, doctors and dentists, are ridiculously expensive in the USA. It’s very expensive to get medical attention for a pet, which is sad.nI called on a short notice, and they gave me an appointment right away. The place is simply decorated, but clean and efficient. The receptionist was friendly, and I made a point to get the TOTAL Price at front, to avoid any surprises. Dr Yablon was very professional and answered all my questions.nI was there a year ago, sadly to euthanize my other dog...they were very nice then also.
