Banfield Pet Hospital

Absolutely horrible customer service. I scheduled an appointment online over 2 weeks in advance. Filled out the questionnaire at that time. Got my confirmation email, filled out additional documents that were emailed to me. Went to my appointment on time, there was no one at the counter until 5 minutes after then opened, and they claimed there was no record of my appointment, they told me I can wait if I wanted, but said it could be an hour or 4 hours or not at all, they wanted me to just wait and see if they could fit me in....um hello, I had an appointment!!!!!! Was treated terribly, they didn't care, didn't try to help, just move on to the next. Will never return to any Banfield if they are this terribly organized, there is no trust. I think if you open at 10am, someone should be working there at 10am, not wait until 10:05 to show up to work. Very unprofessional. DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE BRINGS A PET HERE.

I’m not a fan of this place. I think BF has the resources to do so much more with the quality of the services they provide, and some of the staff could seriously benefit from better customer-service coaching and training. That said, I think Dr. Birse is an incredible vet and human being who is deeply devoted to his work. Without him, my review would not pass 3 stars.

Since there is limited contact and everything its really at a distance...Difficult times to which we had to adjust and pets too

I pay $60 for a wellness plan every month. Took my dog in for a rash, ended up paying $250 extra. They wouldn’t let me in the room with him while he got the allergy shot and his condition has not changed at all. The whole policy of not letting owners in the room with the pet is absolutely ridiculous. They can’t blame Covid because they did this kind of thing before the pandemic. Do not trust these vets at all and will be canceling my wellness plan. They will add a million different charges to the bill without telling you and try to get you out of there as soon as possible.

Great doctor who took his answered all my questions , amazing staff. Love it!
