Having such great recommendations from our McCook relatives we ordered a sympathy bouquet for our Aunt's service. I made a few suggestions to Rusty as to what we wanted and he was very attentive and easy to talk with.nHe let me know that when the bouquet was completed they would send me an email photo, which was such a good idea. Friendly service with timeless designs!
Made a very special occasion absolutely terrible. Actually called the individual that was receiving flowers, that were paid for in full including delivery, and tried to charge another delivery fee thus ruining the surprise and trying to get double the delivery fee. The owners were both very rude and have refused service to our family member because they got caught being greedy!! Extremely disappointed with these owners and would NEVER do business with them in the future. Definitely different from the last owner!
