Because of the COVID-19 pandemic the process of dealing with someone passing has changed greatly. Marshelle was fantastic to deal with and handled everything with my fathers passing professionally. She was able to answer all my questions and was always able to be reached with any questions. Thank you for everything.

Don’t use this funeral home they own pathfinder support services horrible experience with pathfinder!!The experience started off great. Sean was doing a great job he ran for county commissioner and won. Then Elizabeth hikes took over and it was horrible the bias against men was completely apparent my ex wife was adding stuff to the report she was being supervised. Elizabeth filed court action after she completely lied about my son having asthma attack I brought the inhaler and everything but since I wasent polite about because I knew my ex was lying. She wrote I was hostile to the court! I never even raised my voice with her. Multiple times Elizabeth didn’t have shoes on in the office and walked where kids played! She is so fresh out of college is completely under qualified for this position. They let my our case go after being subpoenaed for court. The guy in Fremont at the funeral home the funeral home holds this company completely terrible for taxes when charges come up under funeral home. Any way the guy in charge begged not to be subpoenaed any of his staff said paper work should stand on its own. If you are male avoid Elizabeth Hiekes at all costs! Don’t use this company if you are private pay!!!

Our mom was on Hospice & she passed away on Feb. 17th, 2020 Hospice called Dugan Funeral Home & they arrived in 20 minutes.nMarshelle handled our service for our mother. She has excellent customer service skills. We truly enjoyed working with her. We would highly recommend Dugan Funeral Home that loses a loved one. The family of Evelyn Groene

This place owns Pathfinders Services In Lincoln and Fremont. They don’t care about families. When we had an issue with their Lincoln Pathfinders Services they ignored our concerns. When we subpoenaed them they dropped us that day. They acted like they can write and say anything and hide behind lies. Horrible companies!!!
