What the website shows and what I received are 2 completely different things. I wish I could post a photo on here. Not impressed. Photo shows roses, lilies, babies breath, small roses. No lilies no babies breath no small roses flowers are dying and the bouquet is less than half the size shown. 5 roses, 3 carnations and some filler is what I received. You should be embarrassed putting out an arrangement like this and charging over $100 for it!nnI see the response from owner is defensive and blaming a 3rd party similar to the rest of their responses. Even if your response was true which it is not, to even charge $70 for what I received is unreal. You can justify charging $70 for 5 roses and 3 carnations? Also your roses were not fresh. One was brown and wilting as was some of the filler you put in the vase. By all of your responses it appears you give 3rd party orders your worst arrangements and save the best for the direct orders. Poor way to do business. Anyone who reads your negative reviews can see a pattern of you always blaming and taking no responsibility. Also, I might add your deliver driver was unprofessional and dressed like a bum. This can all be verified by the rest of the people in my office. Should I have them each do a review as well? If you continue to have this issue with 3rd party vendors, why do you keep using them?

I ordered a 55$ arrangement over FTD (70$ total after delivery and charges) and the flowers were max 35$ value. Very disappointed in the quality. There were three stems of roses and some purple stems, totally to be about 6 flower stems total. Completely bare arrangement. I then called the next day and they said there was nothing they could do. Won’t be comping here again.

I ordered flowers for my daughter for her birthday. Asked to have delivered in morning. They called me, said they could not give a time when delivery would be made. Hit or miss, they would try twice, if not home take flowers back to shop. So unprofessional.nPay 70 dollars to be told that maybe she will get them, maybe not. Like stay home and wait for flowers that are suppose to be a surprise. Now my refund is still out in limbo after 48 hours of order. Be very careful if using this shop.
