Bob and his staff were great. With my sister's passing he took care of everthing and let me focus on my family. Thank you.nShawn M.

I’m typing this review as I’m leaving my dear family member’s service and I would leave this establishment a “0” star review if I could.nnDay 1 (visitation) started off with a very rude woman unlocking the back door reprimanding us for being early. When noticing we had refreshments for the lobby the woman again scolded us saying that food and drinks weren’t allowed upstairs without directing us to an appropriate area for the items. During visitation hours, the same woman was posted at the front door knitting a personal project but was not seen greeting, welcoming, or directing anyone to the proper area of the funeral home. Throughout the day, the funeral staff also patrolled the premises harassing those that had bottled water in their possession. Many guests mentioned the overt rudeness of the staff at Will & Schwarzkoff. How embarrassing!nnDay 2 (service) was appalling. Again, the staff member was placed at the door but did not greet or direct the grieving guests to the parlor. Following the service, the staff were quick to announce that guests were expected to exit the building immediately after viewing the casket. As family members and guests exited the funeral home, the door attendant LOCKED the door to ensure nobody walked back into the building and abruptly directed individuals to vacate the porch area/premises.nnThe behavior of Will & Schwarzkoff is shameful, not to mention disrespectful to grieving friends and family members. The lack of empathy and professionalism was insulting to the final memories of the deceased. If you wish to have warm final memories of your loved one, this is NOT the establishment for you.

Our family had a two day grieving process for our Aunt. We arrived early and one of the employees scorned us for being early to the visitation hours, yet most of the family and extended family are from out of state. The funeral home did not provide any water or coffee. Yet, when we brought our own it was frowned upon. The staff would patrol the 1st floor and make sure no drinks or food were present and scorn grieving family members for having even water bottles on the 1st floor. The staff was also extremely rude post funeral. Asking everyone to leave the moment goodbyes were said to the deceased. They then locked the doors to ensure no one went back in even to use the bathroom. And those who mingled on the porch after we’re told to leave the establishment.nnThis funeral house should only be used as a complete last resort as hospitality and comforting environment is not the intent for this establishment.

The worst funeral home and service I've ever been to! Very uncaring staff. Their staff are on guard to make sure you don't bring water upstairs into the parlors, instead of being sympathetic and understanding. The first time I've ever been to a funeral home that didn't provide coffee. You must bring your own, but there are multiple parlors that share the beverage and snack area. So if you bring something, your providing for the other visitation as well. Doors were locked minutes after the service so you couldn't re-enter the building. They don't deserve even one star!

My 95 yr old great aunt fell on rickety old chairs which the attendants had previously joked were as old as the building itself. Your funeral home is outdated. You should upgrade the building as well as furniture it is not safe.
