I am so grateful that I had cremation arrangements in place before my mother passed away. The Neptune Society really stepped up to help me make a plan on very short notice. My mother died about 3 days after I signed the contract. Everyone at Neptune was professional, but also very compassionate. It was very reassuring to have so many details removed from my shoulders at a very difficult time.
Our experience with the Neptune society was excellent. We worked with the Kalamazoo Ave. SE, Grand Rapids, MI location. Johnna Adair was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and caring during a very difficult time. She went out of her way to get things completed in a very prompt manner.
