I had gone here to have them fix up a let down bouquet I had received ELSEWHERE. The floral designer knew exactly how to fix the bouquet with her unique customizations and make something beautiful out of it. Everyone there was so kind and took my problem into their hands with understanding. Would highly recommend.

Ordered a plant for my mom. Florist was very helpful and patient on the phone. Within 1/2 hour the deliver was complete! I never asked for quick delivery or special attention. Prices were very fair. Mom was overjoyed with the item. Will order from them again!

I have used this Gilmore’s Flower Shop a few times and have been astounded at how beautiful the arrangements have been each time. They never fail to impress. I won’t order from anywhere else.

I ordered flowers for my daughter’s bridal shower. I ordered six centerpieces a bunch of babies breath and a wrist corsage for my daughter. The driver was supposed to deliver the flowers to the venue at 9 am on a Sunday morning and came and left before I arrived at 8:45. My daughters wrist corsage was not there nor the babies breath which was to be used for decorating around the cake. I tried several times to reach Gilmore‘s however was unable to reach anyone nor was I able to leave a message as the machine wouldn’t allow me to. This order HAD to be paid for in full when ordered weeks before.. Prior to this when I ordered them I specially told them I had a bad experience before where the florist did not deliver the flowers. I’n fact I said I’d pick them up. They, meaning the “design team“ assured me they’ve never forgot an order and the owner is forever reminding them so they wouldn't forget. Well guess what? I was told when I called back on a Monday morning that the design team had a lot to do and it was an oversight. Are you kidding? This is my daughters bridal shower. I’m having a tough time letting it go. They shouldn’t take orders they can’t handle. I was told I’d get my money for the items they missed. Big deal. The damage is done. Unfortunately this florist isn’t what it used to be years ago. I would not recommend this florist.

The most increible arrangements were delivered for my Dad's funeral services. I can't adequately express my family's gratitude and appreciation to Gilmore's Flower Shop for their accommodation on incredibly short notice-- literally the day of the wake as we had forgotten to delegate who would be ordering the flowers. They came through for us and the flowers were beautiful-- beyond what we had hoped for.
