My nephew died unexpectedly recently and services were needed quickly. Not only were the staff professional, they were helpful and personable. We held a visitation the evening of the heaviest snow this winter. It was both respectable and dignified given such short notice and the weather event outside. Joldersma and Klein staff expertly and compassionately guided us through the steps to prepare for the memorial service and gravesite service for my father. Then at the last minute they kindly made provisions for a private family visitation that we had not planned on initially. Brad was so easy to talk to and work with. He even took time at the gravesite to gently respond to several curious children who were struggling to understand the process. The gravesite and memorial services functioned very smoothly thanks to Joldersma and Klein. We couldn’t be more pleased and grateful to them!
