From the minute we contacted them to the second we left the parking lot, my boyfriend and I couldn't have been happier for the service and care they provided. They were super helpful and invested in getting my fur baby fixed up and comfortable to go home. I've never been so please with how friendly the staff was and how much effort the vet put into figuring out what was wrong with my dog. Definitely would recommend to any one in an emergency. Will definitely go back if we have another!
Wonderful, efficient and kind care. Were 3 hours from our home vet and called on a Sunday AM. They advised us to come in and triaged our dog right away. They communicated with us throughout the entire process, got us in and out with everything she needed to feel better and to make the trip home safely. Techs, staff and vet were all wonderful! Highly recommend.
My pup has been coming here for her well checks and emergency care all of her life. We are never disappointed in the care or the swiftness of service. The staff has always gone above and beyond to make sure my pup stays healthy. They have been there for us in the middle of the night emergencies and for moments of uncertainty, like when she ate a bag of chicken feed, with calm confident advice. Remember this is also an emergency clinic which means occasionally, about twice, in the past seven years our appointment has been delayed due to an emergent situation. I have never been bothered by this because I am beyond grateful to have this community to care for my pet we had an emergency. They always call to follow up on how she is doing and we both love going to see our friends at Bay Area Pet Hospital!
The only reason there is any stars is because of the vet himself. The wait was an hour, which was fine. However after the hour I was told to wait 1 more hour which we did. The staff during this visit acted extremely annoyed to be helping us at all. Will not be coming back as we are not welcomed by the receptionists. Even in an emergency we will be taking the extra time to go to another vet. Hire new staff please, people who are in need of help don’t need to be pushed off and treated like they are a nuisance! Good job to the vet who was very helpful!
We travelled 2 hours for an emergency surgery on our 4 year old Rottweiler, Titus. While you should expect premium prices for the service they provide, you can also expect premium care. Titus would not have made it without their decision to put him into surgery shortly after admission. He was there almost a week, we were updated daily on his condition and felt the whole staff really cared for him. Almost two weeks post op, he's doing great and looking forward to many happy days.
