Today was my 1st time visiting there and I thought they were absolutely professional and very friendly. Most of all very informative about my dogs condition and very patient about me asking questions, unlike my previous vet I had for 7 years. Very impressed, definitely going to follow up with this practice again and now Im proud to say Heritage will become my new veterinarian. Thank you so much.
My fur baby was sick with life threatening pymetra. Diagnosis was quick and surgery within hours of diagnosis. Very good outcome. Very pleased! Her surgery was over before I could have even have gotten in to my regular vet then when would her surgery be done? The next day? Super happy. Think I’ll be switching vets.
My son with paws is 6 and has been going there his entire life and has had teeth cleaning done, all his shots, license, X-rays, and neutered. So I have pretty much experienced a lot of different services.I have always been very happy with the treatment we get there. I would not go anywhere else for my pets care.
Absolutely LOVED Dr.Chad. I got there after the time they were taking new patients, he took us anyhow. My Great Dane puppy Sophie had seen another local vet prior for a UTI. Dr Chad told me the treatment plan and made sure I understood what was going on with her. The cost for antibiotics at the other office was $96.00 not including the office visit. I was shocked(with excitement) to see my bill with the office call, a urine screen, antibiotics and an anti inflammatory was just about the same. Sophie will definitely be a life long patient at Heritage. Thank you Dr Chad!
We have been going to Heritage for years. Each of our dogs have their favorite whether it be one of the Vet's or an assistant. Everyone there has been friendly and supportive. From the time you go in until the time you leave, they are caring and understanding. Now with covid, they still take the time to be sure your Furbaby has the best care. Dr. Chad has done numerous surgeries on our babies and have had the best of care. They have also been boarded there. They love going to the Vet's almost as much as going camping. Of course we all have our favorite but, whether you see: Dr. Chad, Dr. Nate or Dr. Jamie, your baby will be taken well care of. And when the time comes to let your baby cross the Rainbow Bridge, you can be assured the whole office understands and cares about your feelings. I cannot say enough about the Vet's and Staff at Heritage. They are the best. Thank you all for everything you do.
