In wanting to send a sick colleague flowers, I debated about using a national florist or to find a local business. During these difficult times, I went local, with Village Floral and am so glad that I did. My colleague loved the recipients of the floral arrangement and even sent a picture. It was much nicer than expected. Many thanks!
It is a cute little shop, however, actual flower arrangements are minimal and they cater more towards tourists that come in the spring and summer. So there are more knickknacks and random products than actual flowers. The prices are outrageous for certain things and half the time they have no clue what their plants actually are. You run a floral shop, but you don't know the plants you house. Which just tells me you have no idea how to take care of them properly. The store has a lot of potential but it's just being wasted by people who don't care about the quality of the plants they do sell. I would never recommend coming here. Go to Booth's in Dowagiac instead. Way better prices and she knows what she is doing and works exceptionally hard to give out good product.
Village Floral is wonderful. Their flowers are beautiful and their service is amazing. They have always delivered exactly what I have requested on time and they even managed to find cookies for my Grandma on the last delivery. Thank you!
