I love this clinic. I have been going here for years and they are always so wonderful, patient, and kind to my pets. I recently had a mild emergency with my beloved 21 year old cat, and they were so accommodating and got me a last minute appointment on the same day I contacted them. I now live in Walker, but still make the commute to bring my pets to their clinic, because it is well worth the travel!

The best clinic in West MI that I have been to. The staff is very professional, yet friendly. They get you in when you really need it no 2 week waits. Lastly, they are affordable.nI drive in from Muskegon just for this clinic.

I have used this vet my entire life. Brought 4 different cats to them. I will never go back. Recently my cat was very sick (stopped eating, difficulty breathing). I tried calling for an emergency appointment and they told me they didn't have any availability and to call back the next morning right when they opened to see if they could squeeze me in for an emergency appointment.nnSo I called back the next morning, 3 minutes before they opened and asked if they had any availability, as my cat was having a lot of trouble breathing. They said they didn't have time. I asked if I could set something up for the next day. They told me they reserve that for same day emergencies and I would have to call back that morning and hope they had time.nnI was thankfully able to have my cat seen by the Phoenix road animal hospital in south haven that same day and my cat got a cancer diagnosis. The mass was making it difficult for him to breathe and without medication to reduce inflammation he most likely would have died. So thankful to have found another clinic that cares about the well-being of all of their patients, even new ones. I highly recommend that practice and highly recommend avoiding this one.
