I received a beautiful arrangement as a gift from a long distance friend. Sometimes it's hard to know what to expect when you don't live near the florist. Well, they are gorgeous and fresh and still look great 6 days later. I didn't know about this flower shop but will definitely go there and use them again.
I think this is the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. I live in Florida and have never had luck with online flower companies like pro flowers or flowers.com or FTD etc. I knew I wanted to reach out directly to a florist in the local Wells area. I called the shop this morning and spoke with Christine. I asked if a delivery was possible for today and she told me the deadline was 10 AM so it would be delivered tomorrow but she would try to fit it in today. The flowers were actually delivered in under an hour!!!! and they’re beautiful. Christine went the extra mile today for me. It was very much appreciated. I will definitely shop there again and tell all my Maine family about my my great experience. Thank you Christine.
