With the exception of one doctor all others here are amazing! I’ve been bringing my pets here for 15-20 years! They have been wonderful, however recently their new front end staff is absolutely horrible with people!!!! Extremely rude, condescending, and uncaring!! I’m considering switching to another vet. They Melissa and Renee, have both refused to let me speak with their supervisor, Sara, or the owner of the practice, Dr Bryant. Until such time as these ladies are retrained, I recommend going elsewhere.
They are friendly and courteous here. Clean waiting room. Very knowledgeable vets that have compassion for animals. A little pricey.
I adopted a puppy for the Waterville humane society, and this clinic is supposed to be participating with the shelter in doing free health exams, only that is a lie. I called and got shut down and turned away before I could even explain to them the situation. Very unprofessional and clearly don’t care about people’s pets.
The recent response from the owner has misrepresented my feelings of sadness and grief as anger. I wasn’t angry. I was sad because I was advised that my cat had to be put down and I wasn’t permitted to be with him during that difficult time. They brought my precious kitty in and returned with an empty carrier. Their response is defensive and expected considering their lack of empathy for grieving pet owners. Unacceptable! I recommend going elsewhere.
They are a wonderful bunch of people. I love bringing my animals there.
