The arrangement I had sent was exactly as pictured on the website! When I called the woman I spoke with was, friendly, helpful & extremely professional. I plan to use this florist again when ever I’m sending flowers in this area. I wish we had one like this in other areas I send flowers.
This is THE go to place for all your flower needs! We have been getting flowers from them for years, and never once have we been disappointed! The flowers last and last, and the arrangements are always gorgeous. They really do a bang up job, and their prices are really reasonable too. We love Flowers Etc.! I had ordered online from a different company, for my new baby grandson, the teal truck baby arrangement..when it arrived it was not at all what I had ordered.It was in a clear vase and not a baby arrangement at all..did not accept it.nnSooo, I then called Flowers,etc and talked with Susan..She had the teal truck and made up the arrangement in less than a hour, I picked it up..They are fantastic and saved the day for me.. Love them and will use Flowers etc for all my flowers...
I placed a custom order by bringing in a picture. The staff was really accommodating. They delivered a very nice arrangement promptly and the price was reasonable.
