Admittedly, I'm shocked by the negative reviews - they are the complete opposite of my experience.nI've ordered several deliveries over the past years, and the experience has always been the same:n1. Very warm and pleasant representative.n2. Very helpful in choosing the best arrangement.n3. Quick and painless ordering.n4. Same day delivery on short notice.n5. Product is the same or better than pictured online.nIn essence, the whole process was quick and smooth. My sister and mother have enjoyed all the arrangements that have been delivered.
I placed an order to have flowers by Flowers Galore delivered for Mother's Day. The flowers were never delivered, so I left a message the following day on the Flowers Galore answering machine. Two days later I still have not heard back from them. I kept a receipt of the purchase and double checked to verify that the order was placed with the correct delivery and billing address. Today they removed the charge from my CC, but with no explanation or phone call. I would strongly advise against using Flowers Galore. I will go with someone else next time.

The little flower shop is on my way home from work. I have stopped over 10 times in the last 3 years and always get great flowers that look good and last weeks. I see some bad reviews from people who ordered online but I have never had a bad experience.
