Very good service, got my pet in quickly. Very caring understanding folks. Highly recommended.

Doctor Johnston and Doctor Lisa are exemplary veterinarians. The problem I believe is the office because I can’t imagine the doctors want your pet to suffer for days/weeks to be seen. Their website boast “here when you need us” this is no longer true at Grove Vet Clinic. I have taken my animals to Grove for over 15 years and was always very satisfied and had a lot of trust in their care. The past few years if an animal is unexpectedly sick or even dying it doesn’t matter that this animal has been taken care of for years through Grove, the office can’t find any appointments for the animal. I had to take my 15 year old dog to Cincinnati when his spleen ruptured only to have him put to sleep, mind you this occurred at 9am and Grove office staff couldn’t find an appointment available that day. I let this frustration go as maybe a one time incident. Now after the fourth time needing emergency care for a pet I know it definitely is a pattern. Don’t go here if you expect your veterinarian to be available for emergencies, unless maybe only emergencies are considered with the large animals they treat at Grove.

The staff is very friendly and the vets are very knowledgeable and caring. Plus the prices are very reasonable
