The staff and doctors have been wonderful. We have a new puppy that does not want to eat and the vet could have taken advantage and done unnecessary test but he was realistic and knew what to do. I feel I can trust them with our new family member. Plus, Britney and Matt are so kind and caring. I have 2 special needs children and they have always been able to get me in and help to work it around my children’s e-learning. I just think everyone I have interacted with have been GREAT! Thank you!!!

The team at Animal Hospital of Lake Villa is amazing! They do such a great job of making my puppy feel safe and comfortable during her exams. My Bernese mountain dog practically jumps out the window of my car to get to the vet techs who take her in! Everyone has been so helpful and caring as I navigate life as a new puppy parent. I can truly tell how much everyone cares about my dog and the team, and especially Grace, always takes the time to answer all my questions thoroughly whether it’s an emerging health issue or regular puppy behavior questions.

Fabulous experience! I called before office hours and received a text that they had missed my call. I then received a call be fore 800 regarding my call. I first spoke to Maria regarding the issue with my pet. She was able to get me an appointment the same day. Upon arrival I called and left a message for the staff to check me in. Zack called me back to check me in within a reasonable amount of time which was fabulous! Emily greeted my pet and I and listened to my visit concerns. I then received a call from the doctor Unger who was super professional and very knowledgeable. I was out and on my way home with my pet. The doctor requested a follow up within the next few days as well. So far my dog is doing well and hopeful for a speedy recovery. I did call and spoke to Justine who was available to hear my full list of compliments. This experience could not have been better. I will return to this vet for future veterinary care! I can not thank them enough for the service I received.

Dr Steve is one of a kind awesome!! Very service oriented facility pet caring friendly clean!! This vet has technology to discover what is wrong with your sweet love and provide cures

Luckily, I've only had to bring my hamster here once but I had such a positive experience that I will definitely come back here in the future! The staff are friendly and personable. I could tell that my ham, Mr. Moon, was in great hands.nSad to hear that Dr. Morton is leaving!!
