Our dog loves this vet. It’s the only place we’ve taken him for grooming, shots, etc. that he is calm and happy walking in and out. The staff here is very attentive and in tune with the animals. Great place & great prices. Highly recommend.
Getting medicine from this facility has been an absolute nightmare for a year. My dog has been on medicine for arthritis and they only give me 14 days of it at a time. But they claim they need 48 hours to fill the prescriptions. So if I miss one day to call them, they are PERFECTLY fine letting my dog go a day without his medicine. All because they claim it takes 48 hours to fill a prescription. I understand that they are busy. But to just tell someone they are SOL on giving their pet medication, that's so cruel to the pet. They just get an attitude and tell you they hope they can do it for you. It's so unreliable, unprofessional, and terrible practice. I'm switching vets after a few years of going here. Pathetic associates there don't help or even want to help because they act like they're too overworked. Give me a break.
This is the best vet I have ever used for my pets. It is affordable and the staff are extremely friendly. Dr. Elise Hall is fantastic! It is clear she cares about her clients and their owners. She takes the time out of her busy day to respond promptly to emails, and even calls pet owners to answer questions and hear concerns about their pets. She provides a personalized experience to/for every pet and pet owner. I like how she shares what she would do if your pet were hers. It makes it easy for owners to make tough decisions. She is a great vet, advisor, and is extremely professional. Despite the lengthy commute to this animal hospital, I will continue to go here to ensure my pets get the best care. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this animal hospital, especially Dr. Elise Hall.
Fast care, staff communicated well, and my cat was treated wonderfully. When I set him outside after his visit, he tried to run back inside! The price for my visit was adorable, and the vet was able to answer all of my questions and address all of my concerns with ease.
I like this place 80% of time. They are so busy that sometimes I feel they are rushing you out the door. They always try to up sell you in stuff you don't need. I do like the vets. They answer questions and I feel good about dropping off pets. But there are days the phone just rings and rings and then you on hold forever.
